Bonelli has picnic areas and rolling hills with a good trail network. Controls will be mostly basic and intermediate level. Suitable for all experience levels.
The course will be a one hour score-O with a maximum of 30 controls using epunch. It is the same course used for the previous day's youth meet, possibly with a few extra controls.
Additional Information
This event is being held in cooperation with the County of Los Angeles Department of Parks and Recreation under a core program partnership agreement.
A kiss for every finisher and prizes of valentine candy for the winners. A mass start will be used to make things a little more exciting and facilitate a quick awards process. This event counts for the COOL League.
From the League rules: "In situations where the standard course structure is not used and students from varying categories are on the same course, you will be scored in the category you most recently ran in. You can not earn more points than someone from a lower category who performs better than you."
One hour Score-O course with e-punch for all participants. Controls are mostly basic and intermediate level.
Check-in will open at 9:30am.
Mass Start at 10:30am.
Awards at Noon. Must be present to win.
Start will remain open until 11:30am for late arrivals but only those who have finished by the time of awards will be in the awards list. Course closes at 1:00pm.

Valentine Pairs – any couple. We don't care if you actually have any kind of relationship, but the woods can be a romantic place!
Junior Group – all Juniors
Adult Group – all Adults
Family Group – some Adults, some Juniors. Don't have to be related.

Please pre-register. $10 additional fee per person for on-site registration dependent on map availability.
Bring your own water and snacks. No water will be placed on the course. We will have water available at the assembly area.
Please take advantage of our online pre-event beginner clinic information. If you need additional training or have questions, let us know when you arrive. On-site training will depend on volunteer availability.
Please do not attend if you are sick.
Liability Waiver - Everyone must have a waiver on file. The registration system gives you an opportunity to accept the waiver for yourself or your family members. Minors whose registration is not handled by a parent/guardian must print out the form and bring it with them with a parent/guardian signature.

Registration is now open and will close on Thursday, February 8 at midnight.
Standard LAOC fees:
Adult $13
Youth (20 and under) $10
Member discount $5
Children under 10 free (one free child per paying adult, additional children at the youth rate)
Additional $2 estick rental if you do not own your own
$10 per person additional for on-site late registration
Prepayment is encouraged and is the only way to pay with a credit card. The online preregistration system uses Paypal as the payment portal. Only cash or checks are accepted at the event site.
