Meet Director Notes:

While early morning control setting was chilly, the sun warmed things up for the race at Red Rock Canyon. It was a gorgeous day and everyone enjoyed the high visibility courses. There was some very tight competition, especially on the Green course, with a number of results within seconds of each other and even a tie for fifth place.

Four orienteers took on the 9.2 km Red course. Alex Kiperman had a commanding lead with a time of 1:21:07. Mikhail Biryukov continued his domination of the Varsity Male COOL class, winning the Green course in just under an hour. On Brown, Vladislav Urbanovskiy had the fastest time and Lauren Gao was the Varsity Female COOL winner. Logan Perez won the Orange course - his first JV COOL win of the season and Raina Ban was top JV female. On Yellow, top male and female were Luke Tran and Evelyn Jiang.
